Well, there are other scales and percentages that tell me the same thing :P. But the one in particular is this. 21% (originally 13%) of people drive while using the internet. This is mostly done to update their facebook or twitter status. Because clearly that’s faaaar more important than keeping an eye on the road, let alone while you’re walking in a store or down the street… Apparently running into trees and people is acceptable to some in this day and age.
