Servers and forum downtime
If you tried accessing the Slackers forum or any of our servers and were not able to it is not able to it’s because the server is off until bug bombing is complete.
Planned outage on Monday.
On Monday the game servers and forum will be shut down. Our ISP is coming by to inspect a internet connection problem. Starting at 11 am this morning we have been randomly dying.
The outage will occur Monday between 3:00pm and 5:00pm.
It was this or account deletion.
Out of sheer boredom (and being a successful overlord) I have decided that if you want to view the steam room you will have to work for it. As of now you must have ten posts and beyond to view the steam room! Once you have ten posts I will grant access. There are exceptions to the rule too.

Tonight/Today I fixed metamod on my TF2 and HL2MP servers. Plus I also added extra maps. Will test those further when I have the time. I got distracted by the Ravenholm campaign for L4D1. Really fun set of maps despite it being slightly buggy. I may do a video review of it in the future. I suggest 4 people play it as the bots tend to be complete fucktards.
Oh well… Time to sleep.

The server is currently running in default configuration and will be properly tweaked tomorrow night.

>Early Morning Open Thread
Well, I got enough L4D2 in to makeup for the month lost on it. Caused a bunch of people to rage and a few to favorite Slackers L4D2 Slaughterhouse!
It’s just as well because I probably won’t be around tomorrow night. I get off of work at 10pm and have to be back at 9am.
>Things I learned today
For the L4D2 dedicated server I have to erase the IP address from the command line just so I’m able to do a lobby connect.
HL1DM:S was so unpopular that it never got ported over to LDS.
Despite DMC being as old as it is, it’s still fun.
