So I’m on my lunch break right now…
Enjoying some soup. My throat feels a little better today, been shoving cough drops down all day long. Had my shift changed for tomorrow so that I won’t have to work the hell that is the shoe dept. The downside is that I have to get up earlier but, I’d rather do that than work shoes. So I probably won’t be around much tonight.
So anyway I’m in the usual area where I take my lunch, updating my steam games on free wifi and listening to my friends in mumble.
Work has been pretty quiet tonight, should be pleasant the rest of the evening.
I hope it isn’t a cold.
Hopefully I only scratched my throat on something, it’s very sore today. Didn’t really notice it until I woke up half way through my sleep to use the bathroom. I don’t have a fever, but I do feel a tired still (though that could also be the lack of sun I’ve been getting due to this AWESOME summer). So I’ve been doing what I usually do when I have a sore throat. Pour down lots of lemon tea and honey.
So, about that 3 day weekend.
Got called in today because someone called in sick. Oh well, at least I still got to sleep in. I just hope I can last, I haven’t been feeling well since the early morning.

Well, today is a good day to have off.
All the fun gaming stuff seems to happen when I either have a 3 day weekend or a vacation. During the last two vacations I had awesome stuff happened in TF2 (meet the pyro, the release of SFM, MvM). I have another 3 day weekend to burn now, and part of it looks like it will be related to Black Mesa Source! I wonder if I should record some gameplay from it for my pootube. I haven’t posted anything there in awhile.
Early Morning Open Thread
So I made the mouse a little heavier tonight and lowered the DPi for sniping purposes, seems to help me a bit with my trigger finger. The weight holder can hold up to 6 little weights. There are two sets, 1.7g and 4.5g. I decided to fill all the slots with the heavier type. Yeah I’m really enjoying this.
Also I had pizza tonight. It was nom.

My new coworkers now think I’m god. They had a program they couldn’t close (quality corporate programming at it’s finest) They let me look at it, pressed Alt F4. Bam, done. They wanted to know what sorcery I had to conjure in order to close the program. 😛
