How I travel the world without going too far.

One of the things I like to collect are other worldly things. Especially from places like China and Japan. I’ve actually been interested since I took Judo when I was younger. I remember the Sensei gave out free ramen to the students and taught us to respect one another even if we were opponents. I started looking into more of it as I grew into my teens. At that point chop sticks were second nature to me and I had already fallen in love with the architecture, the food and how they like to serve things, what they wore and how they behaved. Here are some findings and birthday presents that relate:

Japanese personal table. Great for eating anywhere.

Geriatric Tuesday Open Thread

Well… Today I learned that I didn’t order enough bread to feed the old zombies. I spent 8am through 2pm doing nothing but trying to get bread to the shelf to feed the masses. We’re practically out now until Thursday. This is why I hate it whenever they put me on bread ordering duty. I always have to figure out how much to order one week ahead of time, what sale is taking place, how many people might be in and how the weather will be like. How the fuck do they expect me to figure this shit out at 6 in the fucking morning? For fucks sake I either order too much or not enough…

In other news my sleep cycle is still getting raped.

Work was pretty busy today. In fact they tried to get me to stay until midnight and I ended up having to tel them ummm…. I get off at 8:00 and have to be back at 8:00am. Fucking stupid…

I also have many early shifts next week too. Mostly preparing for the grand illusion I call a visit from the corporate office. Have to get everything nice and shiny. May as well lay out the astroglide too…

Back to this week, I have a full day tomorrow. Packed a lunch and everything. Should be off sometime in the afternoon. Might be back a bit late because the weather says it will be nice.

An Alum Creek man has been arrested after neighbors allegedly found him fondling himself over the dead body of a stolen pygmy goat while wearing women’s underwear.

Mark Lucas Thompson, 19, of Greenview Road was taken into custody early Monday morning at his home where Kanawha Sheriff’s deputies were investigating the bloody scene. Thompson told deputies he had been high on “bath salts”—synthetic drugs—for the last three days, said Cpl. Sean Snuffer, a detective with the sheriff’s office.

SLAM Celebration!

Wow, I received some great news, my official invitation to my college’s literary magazine’s kickoff (SLAM)! Yays! I was so excited that I had some Avery Lane Cabernet Sauvignon with my toasted sandwich! I was so excited that I had some Stoli Shots! Then I had some more Stoli Shots! How many Stoli Shots can you get down? I had a total of 8 plus the vino! Oh mys!!!!
