I’ll have to backtrack what I said yesterday about oatmeal, it was cold today and I happened to have all the ingredients on hand to make some peanut butter banana oatmeal with praline pecans and a little honey. I didn’t have to think about food for hours, it was a nutty sweet bit of landfill. I sliced half a banana and mashed the other half, similiar to how I prepared my breakfast quinoa yesterday. I wanted some natural creaminess from the banana mixed with the milk and the peanut butter.

Yesterday we had kitty dumplings as the choice topic, but you still need your potassium right? That’s where the banana dolphins come in and save the day.
That looks really good to me right now. Partly because I love all those fruits, and partly because I still feel sick and have cravings. -_-
