Dream Studies… But Not Really

Last night I had an almost normal-ish dream. I was reading a study about 11 hours of sleep being better than the typical 8 hours, as it promotes better mental health… and then I woke up after 8 hours of sleep, naturally yet feeling jet lagged. It made me wish there was more time in a day, just to make sure you get the best sleep, more work done, more play time, etc…
