I got the shipping label so that I can send the fail monitor back. They guaranteed a refund so I’ve shopped around for another one from a different seller. Getting a brand new one non refurbished for just a few dollars more. Here’s hoping my woes can come to an end.

Samsung is alright, but I’ve been using ViewSonic monitors ever since widescreen became a thing. They work just as well… even when you refurbish them PROPERLY.
