It’s been one of those coastal overcast kind of days. This weekend’s brunch was a good breakfast stir-fry poured over a fried egg atop a hearty bowl of rice with a light cucumber salad on the side. Last night I went out on the town, walked the fog laden streets in a jacket made appropriate for the occasion.
When I was nearing the end of my walk I passed an Asian restaurant that I hadn’t eaten at in years. A nice big bowl of ramen sounded like a good way to take a break from the cold before heading home. I paid them a visit and enjoyed some Miso Ramen with fried tofu and some green tea. It brought back memories from when I visited one of the many ramen restraints in Honolulu during a vacation from forever ago. I’ll have to pay them a visit again, maybe in weeks instead of years.
