Work Induces Coma

I’ve had a pretty busy week. Between being sleep deprived and having to play catch up I wore myself out to a point that I took a nap in the afternoon and woke up at 6:00am. I did get the last bits of my SFM stuff taken care of, now I’m ready to finish up under Linux and I’ll have an abomination for the world to see. All I really need to do is polish the audio and I’ll be able to have a complete video.

I also volunteered some time to help a friend pack up the belongings of someone else, they are not much longer for the world and they needed help with packing everything up and gathering it all in one place for moving.

Came home and played some Borderlands Pre-Sequel and a little Broforce. I’m kind of surprised how buggy and long winded Pre-Sequel turned out to be, there are so many good concepts in the game, but you have to do so much backtracking in the beginning that it makes one’s head spin after awhile. Broforce was also annoying, but slightly less buggy. There was only one bugged level in multiplayer, rather than explain it I’ll probably save it for another video. I probably have a good bug/glitch blooper reel for Pre-Sequel as well. :v:

Happy 4th

Almost anything today will be happier than yesterday. I’d rather not go into full detail about it, but yesterday was full of weirdo tourists, weirdo locals, and a bunch of people that didn’t want to work because they caught the millennial holiday flu.

To celebrate Murica’ day I give you our national anthem as per Broforce.

Early Morning Open Thread

I’ve been pretty out of it the last few days due to having to rise earlier than usual. Fortunately for me I return to my usual swing shift schedule tomorrow which I’m glad about. I’ve literally been coming home and crashing in bed, eating, then crashing again. I basically made a nest in my bed and enjoyed big picture mode for whenever I was awake enough to play something. Because of this I’ve been having fun playing sidescrollers lately, which you might have noticed with BroForce. 😛

By the way, there will be more BroForce videos released every Sunday for the next few weeks. I’ve also started uploading my videos using 60 FPS instead of 30. Took some careful studying but I have a few nice presets for rendering in Premiere.

I don’t have much else to write. There’s a particular project I’ve been following for awhile now. I won’t go into detail about it or how I feel about what’s been taking place since after all I didn’t pay the proper 5 digit amount to really have a say about anything. Besides. I have other games and hobbies to keep myself busy with as per the instructions.

Lets be Bro’s

Broforce is out of Early Access, and now it has a cool animated trailer!

I remember when a good Norwegian friend gifted this to me. It wasn’t my birthday, it wasn’t any particular holiday other than the fact I’m from Murica’. And I’ve come to love how silly this game is.It’s playable with a keyboard, a controller, or if you have a friend over you can play with up to 4 controllers. You can also play online, which I have been as I have recently recruited a Canadian bro. At some point I’ll have to go through some footage I’ve captured of our American adventures with lots of explosives and the murdering of Satan and aliens.

Broforce, it’s Terreria if it were made by Michael Bay.

Dawn of the vacationing

Today was the first day of some vacation time. Spent quite a bit of it playing BroForce with my bro and just relaxing in general.

But yeah, the cooperative gameplay in broforce was fun. I died more times than I’m willing to admit, and so did my brother. There were sooooo many explosions going on and half the time I kept getting confused between which character was which. But it was still fun! We played using a couple of controllers.
