The good news is that our new TV arrived today! The bad news is that it arrived with a cracked screen… I’m already having fun trying to get a prepaid shipping label for it. They claimed to have sent one, but the label they provided says I need to use my own postage. What’s even stranger was that I thought I bought it through Amazon, it even says Amazon ships it right on the store page, but when I go through my purchase history it was sent by a third party that I have to resolve my return through.
I already sent them an email requesting another shipping label. Hopefully things go smoothly. For some reason I have this feeling that things are going to get annoying.
